Pant...wheeze...

The wife and I just ran...10 miles. For some of you...I know that's not much...but considering...

*cough*

...this is the longest and farthest we've run...without whips and other torture devices involved...

*pant*

...it might be okay to feel proud about our progress.

(the one upside is that my body is now so tired I have no choice but to sit at the computer and write. At least running doesn't tire out the fingertips too much)

I see that...*thud*

Dude, if you can do ten miles, you can do a marathon. Seriously. Keep training.

Hey Dave! Great to hear from you and thanks for the encouragement. How goes the writing on your end? Sometimes feels like we're running a mental marathon, no? Hope to see some more of your work on OWW sometime.

Woo hoo! That's ten more miles than Luke and I ran together. Does running to catch a bus to Target count? (Josh shakes his head realizing how close Target is to Abbi's house). Great job!

Hey, running to the bus or subway through a downpour or when the sidewalks are all icy, and the buildings have becoming a bitter wind tunnel...that can make the morning walk seem like 10 miles. I remember those days.
